when i first met my girlfriend i had 2 rental properties and then 6 months to a year later i bought another rental i then told her if we were to get married i am getting a prenup because i don't believe in marriage in the first place, so if i do something she wants she will have to do something i want which is sign a prenup.

fast forward 5 years still with same girl. stacked up fat stock portfolio and crypto portfolio.. she knows i make money trading... her grandmother dies and leaves her like half a million dollars.. she buys a house and we move into it, one day marriage comes up and i bring up prenup.. all of a sudden she is ok with signing one.

If a divorce lawyer caught wind of any sort of "le bitcoin related investment" they would pounce on that in a second. If they found out you would just have to hope they don't understand it enough to pursue it, but that's doubtful if they know about bitcoin to begin with. That was a cultural difference more than anything.
I'm not Asian so I don't know for sure, but where I'm from the prenup is considered an act of a complete mistrust and a kind of showing of lack of respect.
I'm not saying that prenups are bad, I got Americanized so I don't care, but the cultural differences do exist and are sometimes (like in your case) a reason for a break up.
