Of course DRYS will benefit, how do you think the steel gets on-site? They load up seagoing vessels which are then moved across land on top of traverse rollers (which also happen to be constructed from steel). It's a bit rough on the hulls which is why they keep extra steel on-hand for repairs. It's a synergy that amplifies steel demand at every turn. Buy DRYS if you must, but it's a derivative play further down the chain (the chain is steel as well).
