Baby here,
I just managed to stumble into an really fucking insane job position. And well tl;dr how to survive this motherfucking hell of a game.
I have not even finished my studies and now I am sitting in this huge as office managing projects with 8 digits bugdet.
I am not ready for this shit, my soft skills are decent and i feel like i could do it but i really lack the knowhow about business survival. Can you give me crash course /biz/?

break down the tasks that you need to do, and the people that you need to do it with. Get some whiteboards at home (get showerboard from home depot for like 10 bucks, save some $$$) and just get EVERYTHING down. Who controls what, what's required to do x, or y, EVERYTHING. This is a running list of all the political, formal, informal, running projects, positions, deadlines and timelines that are out there. If you're a manager and leading people, better start doing some active counselings with them, on a one on one and a regular basis. You have to bust your ass outside the office to get on top of things, or else you're a scrub. Big thing to focus on is backplanning projects and deadlines, and when your personal action items will be / are.

You should be doing this anyway, if you have half a desire to be successful.
