I hold almost no Bitcoin Cash, but this makes me really fucking happy.
These fucking arrogant kikes telling everyone BCH is a scam can eat a dick.
memo.cash is awesome btw. Keep up innovating BCH while king shitcoin loses dominance by the day

>> No.9276349

It is scammy and there's no reason to have two bitcoins in the top 10.

I like Bitcoin cash too and 40% of my portfolio is them. The two thing i hate about them is calling themselves is bitcoin. I mean bitcoin is just bitcoin we are Bitcoin cash the fork that work better and some days we will replace but that doesnt mean we are bitcoin tho. The second thing is Craig Steven Wright not satoshi tho.

Its only pumping now because of promised hard fork, after which it will get dumped so hard pajeets will be bleeding sideways.

But I have my BCH locked away in my trezor as a store of value. If BTC keeps going up then BCH will too. But there is some chance that BCH will flip BTC. Once it does it can't flip back - imagine you have a crypto with cheap transactions and Opcodes and easy wallets following the original whitepaper, and some guy offers to trade all your coins in for a new science fair crypto featuring 100x the transaction costs, slow everything down to at least 10minutes, and force you to use a more complicated wallet that routes through a bank and locks up some of your capital to keep the channel open, but it might be very slightly more decentralized somehow (it's not clear) - personally I wouldn't trade.
BTC stays on top due to endowment bias, people value more highly what they currently hold - much more highly than is reasonable.

can someone redpill me on memo.cash?

I hold exactly $0.00 in BCH but I made an account on memo.cash and it seems interesting - what the fuck is it?

I haven't tried it myself but you embed text posts into the blockchain. Normal transactions are used, just with OP_RETURN as receiver. That means that you still pay the 1 satoshi per byte transaction fee, so longer text messages will cost you more.

OP_RETURN also burns BCH, nobody receives them (they are lost). This means that for every memo someone posts the remaining BCH in circulation increases in value ever so slightly.

You can embed whatever you want and nobody will be able to remove it, ever. Hate speech, links to websites, torrent magnets, what you had for lunch, you name it.
