I feel a bit melancholy about this situation but I suppose the time has come. It has been nearly a decade and the next evolution of blockchain technology has evolved and is ready to take the crown. The flippening will be quick and violent, most of us already know what the future holds. It will be a worldwide breaking news headline event heard around the world, FOMO will be at level never seen before as everyone scrambles to secure their future with some ETH. I hope you guys are ready.

Also dont forget how centralized bitcoin is. 1000 btc whales hold over 40% of the btc in circulation. If just a few of these guys jump ship when eth is skyrocketing the flippening will happen.

I've got some bad news Eth-heads:
BCH will support 90% of your smart contract functionality after the 15th.
Bitcoin is free from blockstream shackles and can now develop, incorporate all useful code from alts, take it's market share back.
Say it with me:
There can be only one.

You do know Casper is about to drop right? That's part of why the price is booming? Kek, staking and sharing make Bch obsolete overnight. Cashiers btfo as much as corecucks.

BCH takes less than 10 seconds thanks to 0 conf.

It's safe for small payments because an attacker needs to spend more money just on trying to double spend it and there's a super low chance for it to be successful.

>>9276013
Please give more details. What is Casper and why would that increase BCH? Why would Casper, whatever that is, make BCH obsolete overnight?

>> No.9276132

I hold BTC and ETH in basically equal proportions (more BTC than ETH initially, but ETH's growth has resulted in it catching up). Although a flippening would skyrocket my ETH stack's value, I feel like it would screw over my BTC stack's value, so I'm not sure what to hope for here.

Actually it wouldn't make BCH "obsolete" but lol cmon man you don't even know what it is?

0 conf doesn't work for contracts sorry brainlet. Every crypto has a 1 second broadcast and you can cancel that broadcast, especially if you have 10 minutes to do that. This isn't new...

this isn't the first time ive seen this behaviour. instead of spreading information and helping people its standard to say stuff like "lel u dont know what it is xD what a loser"

what are you saying? lel brainlet. contracts? sounds like a problem on ETH, not on BCH.

god damn cancer is what you are. you're the reason why lurking more obviously doesnt do anything because if you ask for info you get dumb responses like yours.

closing thread now so dont bother answering properly. see that? im decent enough to tell you to not waste your time.
