So faking close to selling my stack og XMR, one month has passed with BTC mooning 45% Alt season maybe almost over, for now. But this piece of shart has stagnated and tanked like theres no floor. Anyone elaborate on this? Honest and and good answer is appreciated. MUH longterm.. If this phase is fear I can relate to that.

I'm glad this happens - it serve its purpose to buy and sell - its fiat value stays stable somewhat - stable - small fluctuations so it can be used to properly wash money and buy drugs.

Price has been previous support and resistance, also look at the 200 day sma

It is obvious in the fear phase which is why smart people will be buying it

XMR got infected with the same technocrat, central planner-style cancer that plagues Bitcoin Core. The main dev Fluffypony is trying to micromanage the coin against its best interests just like the idiot core devs.

The devs are basedboys.
The chinese don't care about keeping the price high after the ASIC fork.
BCH is getting privacy features in its next fork.

The devs are soўboys.
The chinese aren't propping up the price after the ASIC fork. They do that to all coins they mine, including bitcoin core.
BCH is getting privacy features in its next hardfork.

It's the mining, their response to it, and what it says about their mission and plan.
They made a blockchain without fundamentally understanding how blockchains and proof of work actually works, brass tacks, how proof of work is produced, the inevitable long term equilibrium thereof, etc.
When the way it works was made clear to them, they just reasserted that they wish it worked differently, and made a change that resulted in their particular fork of the chain being much, much weaker against potential attackers, and in exchange for that cost granting the benefit of a few more months with their ideological mining of choice being dominant, until their choice actually once again cements stealth asic miners as the majority source of hash power.
Now, if they're stupid enough to see all this play out in front of them and effectively not react to it at all and pretend they're actually winning, what else are they missing in the space? Doesn't this abject proof of stupidity compromise the core value proposition of the product? If they can't grasp what is obvious to the most novice miner in existence, then how are we supposed to expect them to grasp subtle and arcane problems with say RingCT?
The only thing worse than an open chain is an open chain you think is private. So you'd better have extreme confidence in anyone making claims of privacy.
All things considered the pow episode has made XMR look like poor competition to its zk-snark based competion. How they respond to the emergence of equihash asics may tip the balance further in their favor, or it may level it back out.

If you were at anarchopulco you'd know actually ancaps are heavily leaning towards BCH.
