Holo is actually really undervalued, here's one of my reviews.

Alternative to Blockchain technology for distributed (Note not decentralized) computing and applications using Holonodes, which allows the network to scale due to the network load being offloaded across all of the nodes linked to the network. If you want to use the Holochain network and its applications you must contribute computing resources to the network. There are no centralized servers, it is peer to peer (P2P) where data is sharded throughout the network, this means if every node goes offline on the network the application is no longer accessible just like when you’re downloading a torrent file containing no Seeds. This means No trusted third parties, no centralized points of failure. Also since the network does sharding like Zilliqa the more nodes connected to the network the lighter the load. HoloChain is also compared to Hashgraph, which HoloChain is open source while Hashgraph isn’t.

HoloTokens are ERC20 tokens redeemable for Holo fuel (a mutual credit currency, not a token) when the ecosystem launches in spring 2018. Holo fuel is backed by a useful asset: distributed computing and hosting. Application providers will pay hosts in Holo fuel for serving crypto apps to legacy web browsers. To obtain Holo Fuel you can do something called “Proof-Of-Service” by providing processing power, bandwidth and storage space. You will be able to exchange these Holo Fuel for other cryptocurrencies and national currencies.
Note that the HoloChain team is paid in HoloTokens and have been having nothing paid in the past 6 months on working on the project.

HOT tokens (ERC20 tokens) will be swapped for Holo Fuel which is not a token, but a mutual currency meaning it can’t be listed on Major exchanges like Binance, Bittrex or any current exchange like normal, these exchange will have to make adjustments, “Not without modification of how they operate.
