C'mon you dumb fucks, just because you're here and not on Twitter, Reddit or, god save us, Facebook, you deserve at least a little help.

I'm not going to give you calls, exits etc, you dirty pajeets, you'll go nowhere with shortcuts, try to apply at least in one fucking thing in your miserable life.

Ask any constructive questions to understand what you're doing wrong with your tradings.

Ok here goes

I’m increasing my btc by buying an alt coin when the price hits the bottom bollinger line, then setting a sell order at the top bollinger line. Then I just keep repeating this. Is this legit?

OFC that's legit. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, the point is daily gains anon. What you're doing is called Swing trading. Once you reach a sizeable portion of BTC, start swinging BTC/ETH and you can turn massive profits.

That should be a daily thread!
Seriously.
The questions new people have are very...basic, to say the least.
And a catalog is shitted with "What's satoshi?" threads.
If we could keep this up it would really help anons and newbies.

That depends.
.5 BTC should be enough to start.
But ETH also swings both ways heavier than BTC, if you are good so far at swing trading shitcoins, try BTC ETH with as little as .1btc and see if that's ok.

If you look at any chart, it might hit the bottom of the BB line, rebounce at the middle line (the 20 SMA) and then go down again.
If you want to do these, add other indicators, I suggest you the Stoch RSI that help you understand when a coin is oversold and overbought.

That somehow a way that I use to trade too, so if you do it in the right way is profitable.

I think that 0.3 - 0.5 BTC is a decent size to start.
Always keep liquidity. Even if you thing that you bought a dip, there will always be an opportunity to average down and after that it should rebounce pretty fast, in the next 1D or 8hr candle.

Anyway set your position accordingly to your stack,

Theoretically everything is possible in this market.
The question is: is it doable.
I'm of the opinion that it isn't but wait for someone who believes that it is(although $1000 ? I don't think anyone believes that Link will be there by the end of December this year)
Here is why I don't believe it:
There are 350 million Linkies in circulation with a total supply of 1bn.
Let's just use 350 million as our number.
This entire market has currently a Market cap(do you know what that is?) of 450bn
So for Link to be $1000 what should be the total market cap be?
What share of the market would link have to have in order to achieve it?
If you can't answer that I'll help you, but for right now try to figure it out.

What you saying is bullshit.
I wish I had some knowledge of TA when I first started.
It would save me some big loses.
Simple TA, I would say, is mandatory.
If you are going to buy a new coin, you should first look at its chart and asses if the coin already is at the all time high or not. If it is, you wait.
One thing is certain in this market: everything, eventually goes down. Everything dips.
Don't think that you have to buy something right now just because it's high and you are afraid you are going to miss the rocket. You won't and even if you do there are 20 different coins waiting for that rocket.

In that case: Get into some nice clothes, look in the mirror and give yourself a good pep talk, you know; get yourself into the zone. You are now full of confidence and ready to start.

Next step take 500$ cash and go to the nearest casino and place everything on your favourite number, after all its YOUR number so you know what youre doing right?

Proceed to lose it all and learn a lesson. You are now qualified to trade.
