these projects are reliant on fundamentals and traditional valuation. as of now, the fact it is 3x ico is a clear signal to sell until ICO and until real adoption comes for money to be "comfy". these projects take time to ramp up in intrinsic value and the initial hype may be big, not it will be a long time til the network value now will be justified.
