If you are able to do what you want without having to waste a minimum of 8 hour per day to fulfill your living requirements, you will ultimately be happy. If you have relationships, life goals, career options and aspirations, then money becomes a means to an end and can make you extremely happy. You just need to know what you want to use it for. Take a look at Elon Musk (whether you like the guy and his handiwork or not) - he certainly has an aim in life and he is spending a LOT of money to make it happen. He's also making a lot of money to help him achieve his goals. And I guarantee you he's happier than a few sadfucks high on coke and whores in wall street.
