The reason they CAN produce random numbers on the NEO blockchain is because they use an Orcale to snatch numbers out of Ethereum's development tools and from [RO] and that makes dicing on NEO possible!

Gambling on NEO isn't possible yet because of the limited development tools on NEO, this will change as soon as NEO starts rolling out its new updates but these faggots actually just shortcuted their way there.

Another big deal is obviously the small market cap.
Projects like these love to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertising and their market caps are usually massive (or just straight up uncapped).
Neoplay has a really tiny marketcap basically means if they pull off what they basically already have then you can expect a 5x to 50x (not exaggerating).
If you think that is wildly high then you haven't been in crypto long enough.
