I graduate in 3 weeks with a Healthcare Administration/Information Systems degree. I have had a paid internship the past 8 months with a health insurance corporation for a small data department. One girl left which means there is an open position. My boss said im doing great work, told me to apply, but just my luck one of the internal finance departments imploded so now there are tons of internal refugees who have been at the company longer competing for the job. Plus a few really competent outsiders. My interview is today. How fucked am I? They cant possibly hire me with 8 months experience against other internal candidates with years of experience can they? I know the department better then them and have worked with the team that has to account for something?

My job seeking strategy is just to send everywhere. I send to jobs I would never take. Go on the interview get the job at McDonald's and then just decline. Feels good cucking these places. Also good as training. You know, fucking the ugly side chick while waiting for "the one".
After 10 interviews you will feel like home and get hired. Also lie on your resume of course.

I get about 10 invitations to job interviews yearly. I ignored them until recently since I'm satisfied with my current job but then said fuck it let's see what these other guys are offering me and am now negotiating a pretty good offer with another company that will also involve traveling abroad every now and then.
