Did you hand write it? If so you probably made a mistake; left out a word, switched a word with another of a similar meaning or sound, etc. Obviously check spelling.

There was a blog post last year where a guy wrote a dictionary algorithm to make substitutions for words with alternate spellings, synonyms, plurals, etc. and he ended up recovering his phrase.

Your spelling is pretty messy though. The English-language wordlist for the BIP39 standard has 2048 words, check that each of the words you are entering is allowed under BIP39, in case you wrote them down wrong.
Then Try putting a few in different orders. if that fails take the words you do have an write a program to shuffle them around form their position by one, then automatically test if there is any money in the wallet it creates

And do it before someone else does and empties your wallet before you can. Now that you have posted your secret backup the clock is ticking

1) We know his supposed error, he went down instead of across on the columns. The seed I posted is the most obvious and only reasonable valid permutation of those words (24 word seeds have an 8 bit checksum, so only 1 in 256 are valid, a random rearrangement isn't)
2) That's just a random that larper 2 (probably same as OP) sent to himself. That address is not derived from OPs seed, as you can check for yourself with the tool I posted and two functioning neurons to rub together.

Ledger follows BIP39, with some slight caveats for ETH since it doesn't use a change output tree level since ETH has an accounts based model. Annoying but not relevant. Using the same seed for all currencies is exactly what BIP39 is for, and that's what ledger does.
