Sorry chump, literally 99.9% of people are buying Bitcoin/crypto for speculation and not actually using it as an actual currency.

I'm guessing you make some money on a small dip get confident and then hit a tree at full speed.
Old money is scooping up shorts and longs, it's a very dangerous place. Be safe anon.

Swings on ethereum have been far bigger than on btc in the last few weeks. A 10% swing on BTC turns into a 20-25% swing for ethereum.
If BTC dies it'll be slow and painful and you don't wanna hold your short for that long, right?
Just giving advice. I've been watching BTC and every time it signals a swing I take a position on ETH instead.

Kraken is pretty good. They allow 5x which is the basically the limit for exchanges outside of bitmex.
Kraken's liquidity isn't as great as bitfinex's though, so if you're playing 100k+ positions you'd might wanna go with bitfinex.

You've got to burn yourself first to learn how to trade. You'll get back on your feet, as long as you trade with money you can afford to lose.
Don't trade with your mortgage money.
