They had authorization to double heir A/S to 5 billion in February 2015. Now since the stock price has gone up and they are in the production phase they decided it's time to start selling shares to raise some equity to pay off toxic debt that they acquired in the years leading up to their first production run. This wouldn't be a problem if the company released press about the current situation, but as of now no information has been disclosed.

This company is supposedly set up to receive a proper financing deal this month, Its all a matter of how they present their company to lenders. A solid loan will allow for this company to expand production and advertising, I don't think this share will plummet all the way to .0001.

I've got a million at .0005. Considered selling at .0029 and walking away with $2k+ profit but held.

The dilution the past couple weeks has hurt but I'm still at 100% profit and dilution was way down Thurs and Fri.
