At what point does a dump of this velocity stop being a "healthy correction" and start foreshadowing a crash?

It was overdue, the bull run should resume in a few hours top.

Alts will bleed for a few days though.

A thousand keks at everyone thinking this bull run was anything but whales market manipulation.

I've said this a million times; the real reason for the big crash is still looming over head. Tether is still fucking propping the entire market on air.

No coin market will be going on a december like rise until Tether gets dismantled and the ensuing mega crash. After that the market can start recovering again without blatant fucking coin printing.

This is just dead cat bounce 2.0.

Where do you foresee the bottom of this dump being? Do you think we'll climb to $10,000 thereafter, or is sideways movement in the cards?

I really hate the fact that there are so many legit brainlets on this board. There's literally nothing special about this move and you can figure it out with the simplest fucking pleb TA there is. Look at the fucking Bolliger Bands. Extented over the upper band, drops down to middle band and resumes. Literally the most normal thing in the world.

Yeah those KRW/BTC Koreans sure love Tether.

USDT could die tomorrow and only FUD would cause a temporary price drop. Their market cap is insignificant.

See you at dead cat bounce 3.0, 4.0, 5,0, 6.0, etc.

I'm done accumulating, actually; can't justify putting any more in right now given my risk profile. Just trying to figure out if we're done crashing because if we really are going to revisit $6000, or hit $3000 even, like some bears are claiming, it'd be nice to sell now and rebuy cheaper.

So you're in for the long term I see, a 12 hours correction shouldn't make you sweat like that.

Just wait and see, you don't have to trade every dip.

Not bearish yet, but this is a pretty hard rejection off the 10000ish level. Everyone who bought above here is feeling pretty stupid at this point and it'll make new buyers much more cautious. We need a few days of consolidation to confirm the 9000 level as new support, but if we fall below here rapidly (to say 8.7) that feels quite bearish to me. The alternate case is we haven't had much 4 hour pullbacks on the way up so we're just getting them all in at once here.

>> No.9088319

we won't see that again, we are on the uptrend away from 6k where btc double bottomed the correction will go down to 8k and then we'll crawl back up to 10k where we'll see another drop down again

This is what I'm doing (nothing, i.e., HODLing). Doesn't make it any scary; a dump of this magnitude and duration (it's literally STILL going as I type this - seven hours straight of red hourlies) reminds me a lot of the "bad days" I though we'd finally moved beyond.

is right

tether total marketcap is 2.5 billion out of a total MC of 390 billion which is 0.64% of total MC, that's less than one percent,

then take into account that tether is not the only, or even primary way for new money to enter the market and that all tether must be traded for btc before actually cashing out, but someone has to buy that tether so while it does act as inflation, it does not have the effect that many think it does

also consider the ever growing number of trading pairs, the push towards regulatory compliant alt/fiat pairs,
DEX's, pathfinding, any-for-any capability, even the increased use of BCH pairs and BNB pairs and tether looks more and more like a vestigial organ and not a tumor
