I'm a property developer. My advice is 1) be very suspicious of listings without any interior images. 2) if you rent to niggers you are going to have endless problems, trust me. Having said that, it's a nice price and in the right area it might be viable as short term let like Airbnb or student lets, much much less hastle.. niggers will tear through a property worst than adolescent monkeys on speed searching for hidden bananas.
