Jaguar executive

I had a 2003 X-Type Jaguar. Threw a turbo on the bitch and I was flying in it. Inside was big, leather, comfy, and had phone built in to the dash.

I also had a super low maintenance cost for a jag since I was friends with my mechanic.

S class handling for the price point. C- Power. It suffers from a big torque dip between 3-4.5k. It absolutely begs for a Turbo or SC. My problem is I live in California so I can't change the header and be CARB legal. Also its a 2017 so I can't LS swap it either. I've only got 6k miles on it. I'm debating on whether to put a turbo on @10k or sell it and upgrade.

If you don't live in commiefornia you can put an aftermarket header and ECU tune and it will make a world of difference. Definitely make it more fun. Excellent car for canyons / windy roads just don't expect to beat anyone in a straight line. Also, lots of noise in the cabin.

thanks for the input. i currently drive a 2011 335xi as my daily and have been thinking about picking something else up. not really a car guy and probably wouldn't tune it to any extent, but had heard good things for the price point.

If you like the BRZ you should also check out 370z. If you want a daily out of the box without doing mods, you'd be much happier with one of those.
