thats what I have so far:

Pros:

- neat concept
- some partnerships
- positive press
- transparent company. seems like you can schedule an office tour if you live in toronto

Cons:

-Nobody in the company has any relevant experience. most devs are front end. This is quite unappealing desu but I guess you can always hire somebody or outsource it.
