Walmart always shoots the hostages. They always try to put their suppliers out of business with generic store brands after pilfering trade secrets and doing a run around intellectual property laws via China. They always jack up their prices once they have a local monopoly. They always screw over their own workforce even to the detriment of the quality of the labor that they are paying for.

You only ever do business with Walmart if you are SURE that you can fuck them harder than they plan to fuck you.

I would work cashier. People i knew would bring higher priced items thru the line. I would cover the barcode on the item with a packet of kool aid and scan the item as kool aid. Boom. Stolen merchandise to sell back to walmart or anywhere.

The only thing I buy at Walmart are my jeans. They supply a very quality blue jean. Food/hygiene products I can buy at winco. Similar clientele but much better staff and shopping experience.

I worked there for about 4 months back in 2009 unloading trucks in the back. The department manager was literally a drooling retard. Got paid $7 an hour minimum wage for backbreaking labor while a retarded woman yelled at me and told me to work faster. I can’t imagine actual slavery being any worse or any more demeaning. Finally decided to just stop showing up for work. Didn’t even tell them I was quitting. Thank god I went back to school and got a good career.
