What's the selling point of EOS anyways? How does it differ from ETH?

Biggest advantages are probably scaling and being able to code their smart contracts in popular languages

EOS is a legit competitor to ETH

because of the big name backings and the VC's

and yet it's an erc20 token

kek
EOS is an ERC20 token on the ETH network.
It's an autistic chink scam.

>> No.8924700

Chinks accounted for most of the Bitconnect holders too. This picture speaks volumes about the EOS “community” bahahaha.

Your fud is bad and you should feel bad. It's a way to raise ETH so they can dump it on your shitty high-school senior project and sail past to reclaim the rightful #2 (perhaps some day #1) spot with a project that actually matters.

mETH heads are delusional if they really think normies will PAY to use basic fucking dApps.

>EOS network is shared depending on your EOS token posession
>e.g. you hold 1/10th of the tokens, you get 1/10th of the network performance

>build dApp on EOS
>people start using it
>performance need increases
>the developer has to purchase more EOS tokens
and you're telling me they won't pass this onto the consumer just because? No fees doesn't mean or imply it's in any way free to run a dApp

perfect excuse to keep it as an erc20 token for now kek

"IT'LL BE SOMETHING ELSE SOMEDAY!!! IT'S JUST TO RAISE ETH I SWEAR!!!"

At least your pic suites your post well, related for sure.

When I build a website on EOS, I'll create tokens. Airdrop them to users. Provide value through the website thus increasing the value of the token. Hold maybe 10% of them and sell them as I need.

It's called a testnet you brainlet. Weak fud. Next?

>> No.8924922

even if this solves the funding issue (which it honestly doesn't. Your plan is literally to create your own money and hoping you won't get absolutely assblased by regulators) it doesn't address the performance scalability issues.

What will you do if you need more performance than you can get? What if you need half the network's performance, but can only purchase 1/3rd of the available token?
>BRAINLET DISCLAIMER: THESE NUMBERS ARE EXAMPLES

What will you do if you're overinvested in EOS tokens for the performance you need? Do you plan on min/maxing your token holdings all the time? How is this better than just using fees? How is it better than issueing an ERC20 and using those to fuel ETH fees?

Don't get me wrong, I think EOS is an ok project on paper, but it's just different for the sake of being different in many cases.
