OK guys here's the thing I'm gonna turn 30 soon and I am stuck in comfy well paying 2nd lvl hell desk position but it is a dead end.
I am actually good at sales but despise that line of work and other than that I have some it infrastructure skills. So what are some high paying career paths I could take? Maybe something in IT that nobody wants to do but pays well? I can dedicate my free time to study but getting a degree is off the table for now. Maybe some not overly expensive sought after certifications?

Buy a house in an up-and-coming area (Amazon HQ2?) Save like a poor college student. Pay off house. Rent it out. Rinse and repeat over an (albeit) considerable length of time. Become a landlord with multiple properties. Retire wherever the fuck you want. Do IT consulting or freelance on the side when you get bored. Pump and dump Roasties. Drink expensive scotch. Dress like you're living in a Guy Ritchie film.

I was asking for advice and what I got is just start flipping houses or start a business. Yeah no wonders people here are mostly degen crypto gamblers.

>I want to be rich!
>Renting houses that I've paid off is the same as flipping.
>I refuse to take any risk. You're all degenerate.

I'd say you're on track to live a mediocre existence. On the other hand, you also come across as a goddamn retard - so maybe less than mediocre?
