Basically the COMEX prints metals contracts out of thin air to suppress the price. The Fed wants to keep the Illusion of a good economy, one of the ways to do that is to suppress the price of precious metals down. Less than 1% of Comex contracts are put for delivery. Anyone trying to buy a large amount of any precious metal will tell you that it's very difficult to do so.
