Not okay with ponzis, never invested in them, but I think that if someone knows they are ponzis, and willingly invest in them, hoping they are not the bottom of the pyramid, then they accept the risk, and, therefore, should be free to do so. Same for price manipulation, it exists in a regulated market or not, by investing in stocks or crypto, I accept that reality and am ok with it, even if not an ideal scenario.

His theory was an analysis of capitalism, and his advice to wagecucks was to organize a revolutionary movement. He would not have seen abstaining from the stock market to be an effective path to organizing a revolutionary movement, and in fact believed that playing the market and then using the proceeds to fund workers movements was effective.

It's only hypocritical if you think that boycott is a good tool to use to end something you don't like. He didn't think that, and he's right, its shit, especially in capital markets where commodities aren't being sold to consumers so your boycott has all of 0 impact on the market.
