Im glad the speculators got BTFO!
Maybe now crypto prices will be stable so it can actually be used for transactions.

This bull run lasts from $250. Give it time to crash enough.

The fundamental value is nowhere near current values. But I'm to tired debating this since I've done so many times before.

The value of Bitcoin is based on real usage and real usage only.

Transactions made in speculative purpose adds no value to Bitcoin, quite the contrary it erodes value by making the currency less competitive.

In other words. We will not see the true fundamental value of Bitcoin until speculators are out of the market.

Miners will go bankrupt. How will this affect the functionality of Bitcoin?

Bitcoin is heading towards a disaster.

This 100%. Speculators actually sabotage crypto.
Steam stopped accepting bitcoin because the price was so unstable (and transaction costs exploded.)

Or is it, its usage is based on its intrinsic value?

It's the same gold and silver Cartel that pays the sabottagers (ver and co) to do the deed.

In other words, it's the miners themselves. If they actually went bankrupt it would be great. Maybe it would be easy then to decentralize mining as well and the difficulty would drop.

Maybe we need a vote to hardfork BTC int o an ASIC resistant fork and keep the name and everything and leave now-BTC as bitcoin classic and fuck the miners altogether

if individuals die off, what is gold value ?

pro tip > intrinsic value comes from difficulty to obtain it

That is why value is near its mining value.

pro tip > what other asset is like that

Why does bitcoin need to go to its fundamental value? why couldn't it have a consensus value like gold?

A stock only goes back up again if then company survives the gigantic loss of capital and reinnovates with new products etc.
Bitcoin isn't a stock. There's no external revenue streams. The 1-off mania chart applies to it.

lets not forget BTC had an ATH of 1100$ and it went back to 200$ for a long time
so my guesstimate is this ATH was 20000$ unless we go sub 5000$ this wasn't the biggest crash in history of btc

WTF are you talking about "fundamental value"? If you liquidated the S&P500 you would get like 20 cents on the dollar. Real usage doesn't mean shit. Markets are built on speculation and trust, not usage.
