No I’m a first responder. It happened down the road from my house at about 4 am. I work up and heard bikes hauling ass on every direction. It is an 8-K instead of the long awaited 10-K

A quick run down (to the extent of my comprehension) : it is to extend the maturity of 2 convertible notes from 31 March 18 to 31 May 18.
1st note : 5.5M$ to Stegadon
2nd note : 3.7M$ to Total

That would mean AMRS isstill having liquidity issues but they are waiting for a payment. The question is to know what is the source of the cash...
