I don't think so. I pay a membership to one of these places and the guy who started it is extremely passionate and it drained him massively to make it work. I don't think it's super profitable based on what he says. DYOR of course.

It depends I guess. These types of business get inspected by health authorities and you need to make sure that you follow every rule.
