It's not even a decentralized exchange really or at least from what I saw of the beta when I checked it out. You can't place limit orders or anything like a real exchange. Pretty much just shapeshift for ETH tokens.

ZRX is a protocol for trading tokens and crypto derivatives for which ERC20 tokens are the underlying asset. kyber is a decentralized exchange with a built-in liquidity pool, which is being used as a backend for numerous crypto projects that involve an exchange functionality. take a look at the various partners kyber has secured and tell me you still aren't convinced
