Diet is important, eat slightly under maintenance calories. Find ur maintenance at iifym.com.

Eat roughly the same kinds of foods evey day. Eggs, olive oil, flaxseed oil, salmon fish, broccoli, meat, beef with minimal processed additives.

Try to incorperate the healthiest foods to fit your macronutients. Ever since i started doing this i have felt much better than usual, which is now not wanting to kms. I guess thats the benchmark. I eat lamb's liver, cow liver is pretty similar. I think chicken liver is slightly less nutritious, but still good. I eat around 100g per week, that's enough.
