Over the past four hours ETH has entered in to a tightening price range pattern. That means it will break in one direction or the other in less than a day. Which way it will break is not possible to tell but oversold RSI suggests upwards. All of this is assuming ETH isn't a dying currency and on its way to big fat zero.
