Popular brokers for stock trading:
Robinhood
>commission free and no minimum to open
http://www.robinhood.com

> How is it free?
Robinhood earns revenue by collecting interest on cash/securities and fees from their Robinhood Gold service

> It's been X days, why isn't my account verified yet?
Not being approved in 3 days seems to be the new norm. Nevertheless, call/email their support if you've been waiting more than that.

> When is it coming to my country?
The only "plans" are on an Australian and Chinese beta. Neither of which has gained much traction.

I trust my brain over all other things on earth. We are in a bull market. Trump is the greatest president of all time. Short term volatility is fine but everyone needs to realize

The two markets worth investing in right now:
Large-scale plots of land in remote areas at cheapest price.
Stock Market in tech-related areas

That's it. Stock market will continue to do great. Europe is shit, no tech sector. China and USA are the two big markets to put money into and China lul

This is a Buy nvidia/AMD moment. AMD is a juicy 10/10 right now walking home alone and drunk.

i gotta wait and see how this is all unfolding. but GOOG, FB, AMZN etc all use the same method to harvest data. cambridge analytica is the one who came up with it (or some spook in the IC more likely). cyber phrenology was what it was nicknamed as by an anon called cultstate. he managed to find a way to expose that what they are doing actually violates the civil rights of everyone online (atleast in the US). so he has them cornered. i honestly thought it was just a conspiracy till eric schmidt stepped down. then FB got targeted last week, and CA got a sting on em. whoever the fuck this guy is, he was not full of shit.

this is why ive been saying do not touch FB. at this point, if things continue the way they are going, then this will also extend to google. but the best part of this happening to google is if it DOES happen, and were sitting atop a mountain of cheap OTM puts....

i think you see where im going with this. this is a bigger trade than anyone has ever had the chance to do.

when investing in a company, you have to evaluate and trust the management. It is the same for a country. I do believe the USA is on the right path.

What we are experiencing is a gift from Emperor Trump, deflating the Obongo bubble for us to buy. Expect volatility.

As for tech, I think this is already a boomer mature sector. Big players will cuck the smaller ones before cucking among themselves.

The next growth will come by leveraging the actual humans, not the data surrounding them.

Go long AI, robotics, automation and genetic engineering sectors.

Hello /biz/. New here and interested in stocks but I'm pretty fresh on all the vocabulary.

Bought some NTDOY stock, only based on what the company had been doing with the Switch and what I see it will do with E3. (Really wish I would have bought some when they were down to $12 after their huge crash).

I'm asking for tips or what helped you guys out besides trial and error, seeing how the majority of their board has become /crypto/ and there's no way I'm touching that.

Basically if the company does good I am to receive a small monetary sum for very share I own? Or is it for every full stock/share as I believe it is 8 NTDOY as 1 stock.

- put down some money instead of borrowing all the money

the problem (for the chinese) is that if their yuan is revalued, and ours is weakened, we will be able to massively outperform them and well be able to undercut them in manufacturing, as they have done to us.

imo this is all a balk, and an attempt to corner china into a deal where no matter what happens, they will not be able to continue to take advantage of the US

he definitely did excite the street given the jump that it had right after the election results.

but really political mumbo jumbo may be tied into some of the action weve seen, but the reason its so violent is because after nearly ten years of calm waters and placid scenery, the FED has to unwind QE and hike rates leaving us to wake up from the dream and realize, we are still in 2008. that problem never got solved. it got nationalized. and since then, its become internationalized. european banks never recovered from 08. and thats where we will see it start this time, im certain of it

and after the initial panic i bet a lot of things will do ok. but you just cant get around the fact that if the biggest corps in the market are floundering, pretty much everything will step into line too. sideways for some, horribly bearish for aforementioned overvalued dogshit companies.

Firm is located in the Caribbean, it's open to US persons.
It's $50 max per trade, they offer 6:1 and you can wire the funds to your bank account and deposit from your credit card. It's shitty compared to other brokers but the 20K exemption make up for it.

I deposited $1,000 but I can use leverage and trade $6,000 at a time, so a 10% is actually 60%. Minimum is $500 but no leverage.

You can go Long and Short. I haven't tried options though.
