Through some very powerful political connections I have come across basically free power in Africa that can be used for mining purposes.
Problem is, there is intense heat in the area for 80% of the year.
How do I set up a mining operation in less than ideal conditions, or is this simply impossible?

Get a digger and dig a hole. Buy one or more shipping crates and put in ground. Cover with soil and install mining equipment. Look up underground shipping container grow rooms in Canada using stolen power. Should be a Jew tube about it. Unfortunately the reality is that niggers will ruin everything, this plan is doomed to failure
