I'm pretty sure like 50% of biz is banking on the same thing. Fuck even I have 5K and thinking about bumping to 7,5K or 10. I could pretty much retire with my lifestyle if it hit even $100. Just buy a 3-4 duplexes in my area( literally being given away where I live) and manage those, keep some in crypto and tuck the majority in safer assets.
