There's no reason for it. Nothing has changed fundamentally or sentiment-wise. Institutions still not in, normies out, fiat drying up. Tether just printed $300 million (largest yet) and it bumped the price up by a measly $200 before fizzling out (meaning immense sell pressure from 9k onwards).
