LINK is intrinsically worthless. Node operators can be paid in existing cryptocurrencies. Just look at the testnet right now, it only accepts ETH instead of LINK lmao. It means that ETH can easily be substituted for it, that is, if someone wants to fork the token to accept ETH (an established cryptocurrency instead of some fucking ERC20 token made with a two-man team), LINK is basically useless. That is besides the fact that everything LINK aims to do can be easily done by cryptographically signing the data from the API source.

Node operators actually have to be paid in link. Sergey said so at the Bitcoin conference. Also, you can't stake with anything but link. Even if you were telling the truth about fee payment (you weren't) the tokenomics still work out to make link valuable

I don't have a lot of link 2566 to be precise but if it were to be 7$ or even five that would make my small 744.14 dollar investment bought at .29 worth 17962 at 7 dollars. Lets say we don't see 7 dollars but five that would make my small investment in chainlink (a project I think it s transformative and cool and am glad to be part of) worth 12830.

So my little ( and 700 dollars is little) would get me 10 or 15 thousand increase in asset value. I plan to run a node on AWS BTW because I want to support the project.

I am very very very bored of the fud to accumulate and trading bots. Link however is one of the best, coolest, most interesting and worthwhile projects in the blockchain space, bar none and offers a good return too. Let it shine and if you are not in it, by all means fuck off. I'll continue buying link daily in 5 dollar chunks and monthly in 500 dollar chunks until September, so I am willing to invest 3000 in monthly buys and about 900 in daily buys. I'd be more than happy to put in another 3000 on top of that if the price dips substantially in dollar terms because of bitcoin. I am bored to death of the fud to accumulate brigade though. When they start wasting the teams time you know that they are just pondscum
