This is the correct way to think. Bitconnect and Bitgrail have normies scared of crypto. Want their money in the market? Then create systems that comfort them with security. This means regulation and compliance. There will be a place for decentralized exchanges that skirt any emergent regulations, but a lot of money, and hence exchange volume, will arrive lockstep with regulation.

In this way, COSS has first mover advantage.
