I think his goal is to have growth shown over a few days with fluctuations over time. If it's a straight pump then people freak out and won't fomo in. But if there's a pattern of pumps and dumps over time then it looks more attractive to investors. Also Willie wasn't planning on having to deal with the levels of autism seen in biz.
