Making it public shows that they might be getting ready for prime time. Same with making r/chainlink the official subreddit and Sergey starting to tweet.

A backlog is how pretty much any sane team of software developers will manage the development of a given project.

A team will commit to work on a selection of stories from their backlog based on their priority to meet their project deliverables.

Obviously it's not unusual for new work to come up during the middle of the project so the standard process is to capture that work in a story and place it in the backlog where it can be prioritised for a later iteration.

A story is a small unit of work that is typically part of a larger overall feature that's being developed for a project. This is a pretty neat look at the stuff the guys at SmartContract are working on.

we're they aware of decentralized oracles? contributing to the various layers of hyperledger fabric is all i was aware of or discussed internally.

People think this will be the next ETH in terms of raw growth but the fact every single small move it does gets plastered here with mindless threads makes me think we will be lucky to even get into the $10 territory.
