I doubt it'll go x12, its going to struggle to do a x2 from ICO price. Reason is the state of the market right now and the fact that ELEC is in a bad position where the market is so saturated with tons of ICOs just swamming the market so ELEC isn't going to get the exposure it needs. POWR got listed on Binance and Bittrex, shortly after had partnerships with the Government or something like that while there wasn't many ICOs at the time.
ELEC won't go near POWR, I say this as I hold ELEC since I've invested in the ICO stage.

Decent project but Restart Energy (MWAT) is better. They are a legit energy company already making profit. Then there's SNC which will be the first to launch a fully working energy platform this April. And you can already use their tokens to purchase solar panels.

There's also power ledger, wepower etc. Not trying to fud, but the main reason to buy this is the small market cap. Otherwise, it has stiff competition in the blockchain energy market. Regardless, I'm glad people here are at least talking about blockchain energy projects because these projects are going to be worth a lot more in the future than most of the fucking trash that's shilled here.

They will have the most popular market place in the country for buying power plus possible future expansion into other countries.
