Okay real question:

How can anyone take this market seriously, when the leading asset (BTC) that moves the whole market up or down, is created by anonymous figure, who owns 1 million coins of this asset and can single handedly crush the whole market at any moment, if he decides to sell.

Yes, there was no activity from him yet and we can speculate he is dead or w/e, but you can not over look this simple, yet insane fact.

Imagine someone owning so much DOW, that he would be able to crush the whole market when he wants to. Pretty sure nobody would be in that market.

Now please give me a better explanation why I'm wrong, other than ''muh blockchain technology''. Everything is tied to BTC and its value and market sentiment of it.

BTC (and pretty much anything else) is only worth what people are willing to pay for it, thus if sudden *massive* drop in price occurred, lots of buyers would appear to BTFD.

Additionally, flippening will happen at some point, so BTC is going to lose its dominance to other cryptocurrencies and also it won't necessarily mean it will depreciate in $ value.

Nobody would be in such market? Like some investors just love volatility, which makes them able to earn both on increase and decrease on assets' value.

That's the risk you take when you invest or gamble - no risk, no gain.
