Any Canadian bros on here?

Been working on a startup here in Canada that lets Canadians buy more than just 4 coins with their CAD.

It's currently in Alpha but looking for some users to check it out or test it, give it some feedback etc

Let me know what you guys think.

You might want to consider adding a "I prefer not to say" (or however this should be formulated) option for the questions like "How much do you make a year" when users create accounts. I understand that this data can be useful for you, but a lot of people in this space don't really giving that kind of information, and it doesn't seem essential as far as basic identity verification goes.

Eh, he probably saw how profitable it could be late last year and wasn't really ready to release anything until now, which is understandable. It being a quieter time will also help them work out the kinks before the market picks up if it ever wills. The fact that Canadian banks are cracking down on crypto is probably a lot more concerning to OP than the fact that we're in a bear market.

Hey we don't want to have to ask but its part of our banking deal, they want KYC done in said manner.

Hey better to crawl before we run.

Not yet but we will have the top 50 coins in the next 45 days available. In all of Canada you can only get the top 5 coins so we are pulling off a lot of firsts.

Exactly this besides the banks cracking down. We have a solid relationship with a bank in place and they don't mind us doing any manner of transaction. Our fees on our end are ludicrous though.

What are your ideas and plans you guys have ahead of you for adoption and sales? I ask because I'd enjoy working with a local crypto exchange that's just starting out, if I felt like I could contribute. I'm on the marketing side and understand you're probably very focused on technical applications at the moment. But anything ahead branding wise?

Honestly we don't have much in store branding wise, just trying to make this the best platform it can be. Like I said in Canada we only have 5 options.

We wan't to give people 50-100. We also really believe in the index. We will have a rebalancing index coming soon. Its been the best performing asset in the market and people dont even know. A top 25 index is up 50x since last year, bitcoin is only up 10x.

If you wanna talk or have any suggestions or ideas my email is nick@coinsave.io

If it's cheaper than quadriga il use this

>> No.8195161

Quadriga is pretty cheap. Cheaper is always better, but I'd be happy with a place that I trust to be secure and where it's easy to buy at true market rates. Most Canadians exchanges other than Quadriga and Coinsquare have huge markups whenever you do the USD to CAD conversion. Eth is always over $100 more and the same thing probably also happens with BTC.

We hate that as well, the Canadian market is truly taken advantage of. Its also why if you log into our website you're quoted the going rate.

We are really against markups, the ATM's here are the worst offenders.

why the fuck would i ever trust something being shilled on biz

>> No.8195604

>>8195572
That's a legit question, but I doubt a lot of other small exchanges operators are more reputable or knowledgeable about this. It's not because you don't know something about others that you're safer with them.
