Yes they have your funds, Trailer Profit (trading bot software) got hacked and thus API keys of thousands got stolen and all their alts sold to BTC and then Zclassic and another coin got pumped x100 with those funds.
Currently Binance is refunding all those transactions.

I dont know what happened, havent looked into it yet but last time there was a flash crash on gdax they refunded everybody and it wasnt even a hack, just some huge wahale that sold like half a billion and triggered evevryone's limit stop or something. Now Binance is probably just as rich as gdax so I wouldnt be worried.
