BCH might fail. It is a risky investment.
That said, I hope it succeeds because BTC has, by all indications, been subverted and its use as a currency deliberately crippled.
But BTC has a large PR/Propaganda team sustaining it, so it is very possible it will retain its value. It's userbase is also naive (in the technical sense) which makes them prime candidates for gobbling that propaganda up.
The only thing that could kill it is a flippening which would require a BTC fork to switch PoW - which would probably lead to a forfeiture of the "Bitcoin" brand name.

The price is pretty low right now so I would but more if I were you. If you can't buy more, I'd dump half after the Satoshi vision conference and put it into link or some shit

Thats not the only thing that can kill segwit coin.

Satoshi is getting tired of playing games and might dump his 10% holding of the coin, after shorting the market

I know you are just a pajeet shill, but this notion is entirely fabricated and retarded. You will misinterpret how things unfold because of that and therefore you'll miss out on opportunities.

There was a corporate takeover attempt of Bitcoin. It was shut down in November when S2x failed and was subsequently revealed to be a buggy p.o.s. The men behind the takeover wrote a public apology and have since been flaccidly throwing hissy fits because they didn't get their way.

You got psy-oped.
