I transferred some funds to COSS exchange but this shit says it can take up to 6h to confirm?! WTF is going on...every other exchange takes minutes if the respective coin's network isn't shitting itself...

Mmmm... Might be wrong, but I don't think so. Might be talking out of my ass but I thought they're upgrading the backend to be full ERC223 to avoid deposit issues with all ERC20 tokens so they dont have to keep manually fixing improper deposits for retards. Shouldn't be COSS specific.
