KuCoin is not going to exit scam. It's owned by Binance to list shitcoins that don't have enough trustworthiness to get on Binance so they can still collect trading fees off of them without hurting their reputation.

It popped up right after the China FUD when it looked like Binance might get shut down and still listed Chinese ICO's. Notice how KuCoin and Binance have none of the same coins. RaiBlocks got listed on KuCoin right after it won the Binance vote to test things out so if it did turn out to be an exit scam (it did) it wouldn't hurt the Binance reputation.
