Today I was told I passed my credit check and I was approved for a mortgage !

I have been terrified I have bad credit as I havent ever used credit cards.

I am also getting the mortgage on my own as I have trust issues with partners and following your advice /biz/ I decided to get my first house whilst Im in my 30s.

Bought my first house at 19, sold at 26. Made 16k on the first house. Currently sitting on over 50k in equity until sub prime mortgages like yours crash the market. It’s ok though I plan to stay in this house for a very long time.
