The only difference being that more people are willing to accept bitcoin than litecoin and almost every breathing human is willing to accept the US dollar. Do you think a car dealer would exchange a car for litecoin? No. He will probably stare at me, ask me what litecoin is and then kick me out after hearing me say it's just another cryptocurrency.

Don't bother. It's just a bunch of unsavory people running pump and dump operations. I wouldn't be surprised if the government gets involved and carries out raids in the coming years. There are just a few seedy af individuals making insane profits off a bunch of unsuspecting people.
