Need some career advice here

I have a degree in Finance. Currently, I have a desk job and I'm looking to get out of it. I can't stand menial, monotonous, repetitive tasks. It's literally driving me to depression. I'm looking to move around a bit and I find great enjoyment doing negotiations due to the competitive nature of it. What jobs would allow me to do these things?

Sounds like you're after a front-office wall street job, and private equity would probably have fun negotiation involvement early on, investment banking maybe after you hit MD. Still, you'll probably be at least a small amount repetitive because they involve shilling/modeling and those are cookie-cutter tasks.
