I'm the creator of http://www.shadowfork.net
It's a database for link forks. The ranking system is something i implemented as a fun way to donate to the database but I clearly see it's not working.

Yes I was thinking about that and I'm diving into writing smart contracts.

The hosting takes some money, I thought the ranking investing could maybe work as a form of donation to help cover that.
