We're still at the end of the innovation stage. There's a niche interest by rebel programmers, but nothing like an empire of workers tirelessly crunching code and issues. If we were in the slough, BTC would hit $1k, which is about what it is truly worth including a reasonable amount for future value speculation.

There is supposed to be a new roadmap soon(tm) with their new schedule and they state they are pushing to speed it up.
The updated development is the release of the iphone wallet/reader that I believe starts testing tomorrow. The original roadmap shows the release of the phone reader in I believe August, so this was impressive to me.

Technically, I think they will hit a home run. The biggest concern I have with PBL is publicity which also leads to adoption of the platform. Supposedly they have hired a few full time marketing people and they've push up their development to help grow interest. That's going to be the thing to watch. There was mention in their telegram of partnerships with publishers they are waiting to announce along with at least one best selling author. I feel confident they will execute, but if you are hesitant, you could wait for the new roadmap. There will probably still be time to get in.
